Complains And Complains

It's Been A Long Time Since I've Updated My Blog. Very Very Busy Nowadays, Too Much To Do, Too Little Time.

Starting My Blogs With Some Complains First. Working Is Becoming More And More Boring. Actually Is Not Boring, It's Getting More And more Tiring. I'm Complaining Not Because My Salary Is Not High, My Salary Is Quite High For A Person Of My Qualifications. But It's Because My Working Hours Are Longer Than My Colleagues, My Workload Is More Than My Colleagues. I Seem To Be Like Covering Alot More Things Than My Colleagues. My Colleagues Are Always Helping Me With My Work But There Are Still Alot Of Things That They Are Unable To Help Because They Didn't Know How To Do Them.

My Frenz, Which I Mean The Bosses. They Are Getting More And More Lazy. They Are Getting More And More Late In Coming Over To The Shop To Check Out The Shop. Sometimes They Don't Even Seem To Wanna Come Over To The Shop And See How The Shop Is Doing. When They Come, They Will Keep Nagging And Nagging About This About That. Sometimes I Really Just Wanna Scold Them But Because Of Our Frenship, I Just Kept It Inside Me. But Sometimes It's Really Kinda Unbearable.

It's Like He Just Wanna Pick On Us. When He Comes, He See The Shelves Not Very Full, He'll Make Noise And Say Why We Never Restock This Never Restock That. Then When We Restock, He Will Make Noise Say Why Take So Much Stuff. It's Like Do This Also Wrong, Do That Also Wrong. What The Bloody Fuck He Want Us To Do Sia. Even One Of My Colleagues Whose Temper Is Quite Nice Is Also Getting More And More Pissed Off Already.

Then They Can Claim That Because They Got Alot Of Other Stuffs To Do But Sometimes That Doesn't Really Seem So. One Of Them We Know He Always Sleep Till Late Afternoon Then He Wakes Up. He Always Play Games Till Very Late At Night Or Sometimes 6+ In The Morning Then He Goes To Sleep.

The Other One Is At Least Abit Better. She Sometimes Will Come To The Shop And Help Out Or Goes To The Office And Clear Some Of The Paperwork. But Mostly She's Also Not Around. Mostly Saturday Is Our Restock Day Because There Will Be Stock Coming From US And She'll Always Be Around In The Morning Because She Needs To Do All The Clearance Work Before We Can Bring The Games To The Shops And Sell Them.

But Nowadays She Doesn't Come Over And Ask Me To Do All The Clearance Jobs. It's Not That I Don't Wanna Do Them But Most Of The Things We Dunno About It Like The Shipping Charges, The Cost Price And The Selling Prices Of The Games. Then Because of This We'll Always Have To Ask Her About The Prices Of The Things. Then Sometimes She Doesn't Answer The Calls And Doesn't Reply The SMSes That We Have Sent. If Lydat We're Unable To Continue Our Work. Then When We Dun Do It They Will Kao Bei Kao Bu About It.

Yah, I Know Their Business Is Picking Up And Is Earning Money Already So They Wanna Slack And Relax More. But They Should Know Better That Their Shop Is Still Just A Small Shop. They Are Not Earning Like Few Millions Per Year. As A Boss I Know They Can Slack, Most Bosses Do That But That Doesn't Mean They Don't Have To Work. Sometimes Alot Of Things They As The Bosses Still Have To Attend To It. But Because They Are Always Not Around Which Really Obstructs The Work.

Then Now Is The Most Busiest Period For Me. Because One Of My Bosses Have Quit Already So The Shop At Marina Square I'll Have To Go Over And Open The Shop And Do The Sales Over There. Then Now Everytime Because I Had To Go Over To Open The Shop Means Alot Of My Work In The Office I Can't Really Finish It. Then They'll Like Ask Me To Do This And Do That Through The Telephone. Some Of The Things It's Like They Can Do It Themselves Which Is Quite Easy But They Just Don't Bother To Do It.

We Do Exporting Of Stock To Other Countries So Everytime We'll Have To Pack Up The Stocks And Deliver Them To The Airport. It's Like Sometimes They Can Just Come To The Place Like Maybe One Hour Earlier To Pack Up The Things So They Can Deliver It. But They'll Like SMS Me What Are The Things That They Have To Export And They'll Ask Me To Pack it For Them. Then When I'm Not Around They'll Just Leave It Until The Next Day Then They'll Ask Me To Do It. It's Like How Can They Be Like So Fucking Lazy. I Know I Do Take Salary From Them But It's Like Some Easy Things Why Can't They Just Do It For Themselves.

I'm Getting The Salary Of A Salesman But I'm Doing Sales For Them, Storeman Of Their Office, Clerical Work Of Helping Them Clearing Up Their Paperwork And A Deliveryman In Charge Of Restocking Their Shop. I Don't Mean That My Workload Don't Justify My Salary But I'm Only One Person With A Pair Of Hands Leh. It's Like Everything Also Want Me To Do. Sometimes Can They Just Fucking Come Down And Do Some Of The Work Themselves Or Not.

Like That Time I Still Become Their Like Personal Assistant. I Still Need To Go Pay Their Summons And Fines For Them. I Still Have To Go To The Bank To Help Them Deposit Their Cheques For Them. They Have A Car But Not Me. They Can Go To Those Places To Pay Their Fines And Deposit Their Own Cheques, But They Rather Ask Me To Do It. It's Like All These Are Fucking Easy Jobs. Since They Can Like Go Shopping During Working Hours, Sleep Until Late Afternoon Then Come To The Shop.

They Only Keep Saying They Will Increase My Salary Because Of The Workload That I Have. But That's Not The Point. I'm Not Trying To Prove Anything But So What's With Increasing My Salary. It's Not The Salary Thing, It's Them. I Know All The Bosses Are Lydat But They Should Just Make An Effort To Do The Things That They Ought To Do. Coz There Are Still Alot Of Things That Only Them The Bosses Can Do And Not Us. And Sometimes When We Do The Things, They Dun Like It And They Will Make Noise. Since They Got A Thinking Of Themselves Den Why In The First Place Should They Ask Us To Do It. They Should Just Do It Themselves.

I Think I've Said Much For Now. I Just Hope They'll Just Reflect On Their Own Actions And Think What They Really Should Do Already. They Should Just Remember Their Business Is Not A Very Big Business And Not Earning Big Bucks. If They Keep Staying Like This I Seriously Dun Know How Long Can Their This Business Still Hold On To.
